About CMNG

Our Mission is simple – INVEST in the development of Smart Cities.

We implement energy-efficient streetlight, citywide WiFi access, security surveillance, outdoor smart sensors and data analytics for the government and the public. Designed for rapid deployment of intelligent IoT networking, we leverage the data to improve infrastructure, planning and management and human services as a system of systems. Our goal is making cities more desirable, livable, sustainable and green.

Our solutions are scalable and deeply engage our clients from the first meeting. Our solutions will allow cities without vast expertise and resources to install best in class smart city technologies without the enormous capital expenditure and risks of implementation. Specifically the fund and Management will focus on investment opportunities in projects structured as Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and innovative business models in the Internet of Things.

CMNG’s Energy Performance Contract model will provide your municipality with the following benefits:

Zero Initial Investment - Technology will be upgraded to Smart Street Lighting with no initial investment required. CMNG bears all upfront cost of replacing the lamps (equipment + labor)
Positive Cash Flow - From the first month post implementation, the municipality will enjoy positive cash flow due to savings realized by the upgraded street lighting technology.
Accountability - CMNG guarantees equipment longevity, performance and savings for the duration of the contract period. CMNG is responsible for all costs related to maintaining the lamps’ performance (maintenance, repair damages, including labor cost) to guarantee optimal performance.
